You can expect (although we cannot guarantee) that your DVD(s) will be
shipped within two business days of our receipt of your order. If for any
reason we are unable to ship within five business days, we will notify you
by email or by phone.

Returns
If your Light Moves DVD arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it
promptly, free of charge. Do not send back a damaged or defective
DVD. Just contact us within 30 days of receipt and let us know why you
need a replacement.
Because of the potential for copyright abuse and piracy, we cannot accept
returns of DVDs which have been opened. You may, however, return an
unopened DVD within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (shipping and
handling charges are not refundable). Unopened DVDs which arrive here
damaged will not qualify for a refund, so please package protectively.
